A beginner/all-level vinyasa that gently introduces you to foundational asanas. This class creates a supportive space to explore alignment, build confidence, and ease into the rhythm of your practice. You can expect demos.
A dynamic blend of yoga elements, strength training, and intelligent, full-body movement. Classes may vary in pace and intensity, depending on the teacher’s approach. Either way, you’ll work close to your edge. Expect to sweat. Weights are always optional. Bring water and a towel.
